How We Started

Founded on the belief that
accounting should be human.

Sandbar Associates was born out of a simple frustration: too many small business owners in North County San Diego were working with CPAs who were hard to reach, slow to respond, and only showed up once a year at tax time.

We started this firm because we believed there was a better way. Accounting that's proactive, not reactive. A CPA who picks up the phone, explains things in plain English, and genuinely cares about your financial success — not just your return.
